I absolutely loved my stay at Shangri-La Abu Dhabi! The staff were welcoming, especially during my romantic amenities surprise for my partner’s birthday. The views of the Grand Mosque from the balcony were breathtaking. However, some pool seating was limited. Would definitely return!

Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, features elegant furnishings and stunning waterfront views, especially of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The hotel's accessibility with ramps and elevators made navigating the premises comfortable for us seniors.

More seating options near the pool area would help.

We truly felt at home thanks to the exceptional service from Chen and the wonderful Horizon Club. The early room availability after our overnight flight was a much-appreciated touch.

The buffet breakfast was a feast for the senses, with a mouthwatering variety that had me going back for seconds (and thirds! ). The pools were beautiful and the staff really made sure safety was a priority, especially for the kids. Plus, the view from the balcony of my room was just stunning!

It started off rocky—check-in was slow and I felt lost in translation. The restaurant service was maddeningly lackluster, almost like they only cared about taking my signature at the end of the meal. Seriously, a hotel that doesn't accommodate prayer times?

The rooftop pool and Horizon Club views were stunning! Enjoyed the sauna and found the facials to be top-notch.

The deluxe twin room had an amazing view of the Grand Mosque. Breakfast was exceptional with a mix of cultural dishes. Staff were super accommodating, allowing us to keep luggage after check-out. The private beach was beautiful and had plenty of sunbeds available. The Chi Spa had a great range of treatments and facilities.

The Deluxe King Room was super comfy with a king-sized bed that felt heavenly. The decor had this nice Arabian vibe, and the balcony was perfect for chilling out. The bathroom was spacious and had a walk-in shower, which was great. Overall, it felt really cozy and well-kept, making it a nice retreat.
